Arranging the Money
The next step is ensuring that the money is in place so that you can fund the purchase of the self build plot and the cost of the build.
You are risking losing the opportunity to purchase the self build plot if you do not organise the purchase price of the self build plot and your cash flow for the build as soon as possible.
If you do not do this, you may be beaten at the first hurdle. The money should be organised long before a self build plot is found.
